The purpose of this virtual series is to help a person living with early stage dementia AND their care partner. The series will help navigate this journey by providing education, guidance, and community resources for next steps.

There will be 5 consecutives sessions starting on Thursday, October 13th through November 10th - 4:45 to 6:15 pm CST
