Leadership Unscripted: Health care executives Share Their Path is a three-part webinar series that highlights the authentic stories of health care leaders who have navigated nontraditional pathways into executive roles. Through candid reflection on challenges, transitions, system-level leadership, and lessons learned from crisis and change, participants will gain actionable insights to strengthen their own leadership impact and prepare for opportunities across the health care continuum.

  • Define the key differences between bedside nursing responsibilities and executive leadership responsibilities in health care organizations.
  • Describe how systems thinking shifts problem-solving from individual patient issues to identifying organizational patterns that influence outcomes.
