- Describe how leadership intangibles, such as emotional intelligence, communication style, and professional presence, influence team dynamics and health administration within interprofessional settings.
- Analyze characteristics of effective health leaders to determine how these traits support collaborative, team-based care and shared decision-making across disciplines.
- Evaluate the impact of leadership behaviors on organizational and patient-centered outcomes.
- Propose strategies that strengthen interprofessional teamwork and overall system performance.
