Leadership Unscripted: Health care executives Share Their Path is a three-part webinar series that highlights the authentic stories of health care leaders who have navigated nontraditional pathways into executive roles. Through candid reflection on challenges, transitions, system-level leadership, and lessons learned from crisis and change, participants will gain actionable insights to strengthen their own leadership impact and prepare for opportunities across the health care continuum.

  • Analyze the leadership mindset required to effectively lead individuals and organizations during periods of turmoil and uncertainty.
  • Apply strategies for communicating clearly, frequently, and credibly with diverse stakeholders in high-stress or rapidly evolving situations.
  • Evaluate controversies, misinformation, and anti-science narratives in order to respond with evidence-based, ethical, and context-appropriate leadership actions.
  • Demonstrate personal resilience and perseverance by employing adaptive coping and leadership strategies while working collaboratively within interprofessional teams to sustain performance under pressure.
