Deadline: August 28, 2026
U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), Chairman of the Senate HELP Committee, has released a legislative discussion draft for the 340B for Patients Act. Because 340B savings are critical to the financial stability of Nebraska’s rural and critical access facilities, it is essential that our members submit feedback to ensure Nebraska's voice is heard.
According to Senator Cassidy, the bill would prevent waste, fraud, and abuse by bad actors, ensure the program is benefiting low-income and uninsured patients, provide crucial regulatory clarity, and fix program operations to put it on a sustainable path to lower health care costs for all Americans.
Use the Full Legislative Discussion Draft, Section-by-Section Summary, and Committee One-Pager for help drafting your response.
Email your feedback directly to the Senate HELP Committee at [email protected].
