The Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) in collaboration with the Nebraska Medical Association (NMA) is offering a webinar with representatives from Maximus Health Services to provide education regarding the Medicaid provider screening and enrollment requirements and the implementation of a web portal. The Division of Medicaid and Long-Term Care has contracted with Maximus Health Services to ensure compliance with provider screening and enrollment requirements and to develop a web portal for providers. The web portal was implemented on December 1, 2015.

The webinar will provide an overview of Maximus Health Services and the new regulations and guidelines for providers enrolled in the Nebraska Medicaid program. The webinar will also discuss the new web portal and address several frequently asked questions. The presentation will include a demonstration on how to set up a user account, how to create a group member profile, and how to link a group member to a group within the portal. Additional items covered in the webinar will include resources on revalidation dates, background check requirements, and risk levels/site visits.
