Not only are reimbursement dollars shrinking, but their calculations are becoming more and more complicated. One of those emerging complications is the role a facility’s operational efficiencies will play in future reimbursement from both Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and insurance plans in the public marketplace. This webinar will discuss current theories on tying efficiency to reimbursement, methods to benchmark facility operations by department and methods to assess where improvements will have the greatest opportunities to positively impact reimbursement.
