This program will focus on appropriate CPT and ICD10 CM code assignment for provider‐specific settings, as well as local coverage determinations (LCDs), including 1) Intensive outpatient psychiatric services, 2) Partial hospitalization and 3) Inpatient acute care. Jean Ann will also cover documentation requirements to support code assignment, ICD10 CM code sets to support medical necessity, and the reporting of CPT psychiatric facility codes and CPT psychiatric codes for psychiatrists.
