Forgive My Last Absence - complying with the FMLA

The FMLA provides covered employees with an absolute leave right that doesn’t take into consideration employer hardship and the law requires that any time that qualifies be counted as FMLA. However, many employers don’t properly count time as FMLA when they should, don’t properly document leaves, and make mistakes when returning (or not returning) employees to work at the end of leaves.
