Age-Friendly Statewide Convenings 2023
New for 2023, the NHA Age-Friendly Team will hold quarterly Statewide Age-Friendly Convenings. Each convening will feature a topic-based speaker to discuss age-friendly workandthe4Ms framework. Each meeting will have time for networking and peer-to-peer learning to ensure the spread and sustainability of geriatric-centered whole-person care.

JULY 25, 2023, 1:30 P.M. - 2:30 P.M. CDT - MEDICATION AND WHAT MATTERS - Medication Education and the Elderly Patient
NOV 1, 2023, 12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. CDT - MENTATION AND WHAT MATTERS
