This program will discuss the current CMS  hospital Conditions of Participation  (CoPs),  including the critical access hospital, Joint Commission and DNV Healthcare standards on informed consent requirements.  All hospitals that  receive Medicare and Medicaid  reimbursement must comply with these interpretive guidelines.
