FHIR Conference

FHIR is the new HL7 technology used to exchange data among payers, providers and patients. Its initial focus was on payer:payer data exchange but expect to see future regulations focused on providers and patients. Hospital CEOs and CFOs need to know about FHIR because its mandate will grow and competency with FHIR will be either a vulnerability or a strategic asset.
